Delivery within the United Kingdom UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class.

• Free delivery on UK orders over £100
• Orders under £100: £4.50

Orders are despatched within 1–2 working days, and delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after despatch.

International delivery International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for a flat rate of £15. Orders are despatched within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery times after despatch:

• Europe: 3–5 working days
• North America: 3–7 working days
• Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 5–12 working days

Please note that, for both UK and international orders, delivery may occasionally be delayed by circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking and signature For security, all Linnet Jewellery deliveries require a signature on arrival. Once your order has been despatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number, which you can use on the Royal Mail website.

Duties and taxes We're happy to ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and taxes once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility. As they vary from country to country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
